Choosing A Private Pilot

When choosing a private pilot, there are two main things you’ll want to look for.

  1. Experience – Obviously, it’s important that your private pilot has experience flying different types of planes in different kinds of conditions. You may be wanting to travel is smaller propeller planes or larger jets; so it’s important that any pilot you hire has experience in both. An experienced pilot will have all of his or her qualifications and education easy to find.
  2. Schedule Flexibility – Second, you’ll want to be sure that any pilot you hire has the flexibility to take a flight whenever you need. If you’re a serious traveler, you need to be sure that your pilot is dependable and available to take you where you need to be on a moment’s notice.
