Aircraft Rates & Fees

Are you planning on using several hours in a short period of time only? The Block rate is for those with a specific target of usage for a limited time. The blocks are purchased in increments of 10 hrs and are only good for the month of purchase. Any unused time is forfeited at the end of that month. Each item is purchased in separate blocks. (ie: a renter might purchase a block in the SR 20, but, if they need instruction, they would also purchase a block of Instructor time).

• SR 20 $340/hr     (Save $5/hr)
• SR22T $525/hr    (Save $25/hr)
• Simulator $100/hr    (Save $100/hr)
• Instructor $95/hr   (Save $5/hr)
• Half Day Instructor Rate of $400 (More than 3 hrs with an instructor)
• Full Day Instructor Rate of $750 (More than 5 hrs with an instructor)

**Note: Fuel is included on aircraft rental rate.

**Note: Instructor rate is added to the equipment rate.

**Note: After hours rate for access to sim is $50/hr.

**Note: After hours call-out to ramp a plane or put away is $150.

Our Standard Rates are as follows:

• SR20 $345
• SR22T $550
• DA62 Multi-Engine $675/hr fuel included
• Instructor $100/hr
• Instructor Half Day Rate $475  (More than 3 hrs)
• Instructor Full Day Rate $800  (More than 5 hrs)
• Simulator $150/hr

For clients that need a pilot to fly their plane or are looking to combine a business/leisure trip with instruction, we offer a simple day rate. The client covers the Room & Board.
