The holidays are here and many of us will be traveling to visit family to celebrate. This can be a stressful and chaotic situation, but it doesn’t have to be. Renting a private plane for your trip is an idea you may not have considered before.
Air travel can be threatening for some people, especially those who struggle in enclosed spaces, too many people, or anxiety around strangers. However, we live in a modern day and age where air travel doesn’t have to be cramped with strangers or run-of-the-mill. Instead, you might want to consider renting a private plane for your holiday vacation. While this may sound like the perfect idea right off the bat, there are a few things to consider before you can know if renting a private plane is right for you.
The first consideration before choosing to rent a plane is the price. A coach ticket on a commercial flight may cost a few hundred dollars, but the cost of flying a party on a private plane can get into the thousands of dollars. These prices will fluctuate depending on the size and type of plane you rent, and any extras that you’d like to add to your trip.
Another consideration is where you’re going and how long the trip will take. A very long trip on a commercial airline will be cheaper than one on a private plane, but it is also going to be far less comfortable. Flying on a private plane for a long period of time will reduce stress, increase comfort, and make your flight much more enjoyable. Cost shouldn’t be your only consideration, you should also make your comfort of priority as well.
Lastly, consider the size and personalities of the party you’re flying with. If you’re flying with family or a large group of friends, it may be worth it to pay extra in order to avoid having to worry about strangers.
