Cirrus SR20

SR20 Rental
Club Rate: $199 per hour (fuel not included)
Block Rate: $209 per hour (fuel not inluded)
Hourly Rate: $275 per hour (fuel included)
**Block time is purchased in 10 hour blocks at the beginning of the month of intended use.  Any unused time at the end of that month is forfeit.
**Overnight fee:$390 per night added to 2nd and subsequent nights that plane is away from base.

Cirrus SR22T

SR22T
Club Rate: $299 per hour (fuel not included)
Block Rate $329 per hour (fuel not included)
Hourly Rate: $449 per hour (fuel included)

**Overnight fee:$575 per night added to 2nd and subsequent nights that plane is away from base.

 

Instructor Rates:

Club Rate: $80 per hour | Block Rate: $89 per hour | Hourly Rate: $95 per hour

 Full day $749 | Overnight Fee $250 + Room & Board

Simulator Rates:

Club Rate: $29 per hour | Block Rate: $59 per hour | Hourly Rate: $79 per hour

Management Rates:

Storage: (Based on availability)

Database Management:

$150 per month.

Aircraft Cleaning Services

Interior Cleaning - $100 | Dry Wash $200 | Polish by $200 | Clay Bar $250

Aircraft Maintenance:

Keep inspections current and address any maintenance needs - $200 per month
*Maintenance shop will bill owner directly for labor and parts.
